Effect of Termination of Employment on Agreements Not to Compete and Not to Solicit. 1. In the event Grantee voluntarily resigns or is discharged by Company with Cause at any time prior to the vesting of the Restricted Stock Unit, the prohibitions on Grantee set forth in Sections II.A and II.B shall remain in full force and effect.
