Upon the execution of any supplemental indenture under this Article 9Article, this Indenture shall be modified in accordance therewith, and such supplemental indenture shall form a part of this Indenture for all purposes; and every Holder of New Discount Notes theretofore or thereafter authenticated and delivered hereunder shall be bound therebythereby (except as provided in Section 902).

Effect of Supplemental Indentures. Upon the due execution and delivery of any supplemental indenture under in accordance with this Article 9VIII, this the Indenture shall be modified in accordance therewith, and such supplemental indenture shall form a part of this the Indenture for all purposes; and , and, except as set forth in Sections 8.01 or 8.02 of this First Supplemental Indenture, every Holder of Notes theretofore or thereafter authenticated and delivered hereunder shall be bound thereby.
