Effect of Reference to Basic Terms. Each reference in this Lease to any of the Basic Terms contained in Paragraph 1.01 shall be construed to incorporate into such reference all of the definitions set forth in Paragraph 1.01. QUIET ENJOYMENT Landlord covenants that Tenant, on paying the Rents herein provided and keeping, provided and keeping, performing and observing the covenants, agreements and conditions herein required of Tenant, shall peaceably and quietly hold and enjoy the Premises for the Lease Term subject to the terms of this Lease and encumbrances, easements, rights, covenants, conditions and restrictions of record.
