Effect of Notice. In the event that a notice of any kind with respect to the Futures/Options Trading by your company, the Financial Instruments Exchange or JSCC addressed to my/our reported address or office location is delayed or does not arrive due to my/our change of address or location, absence or any other reason attributable to me/us, it shall be deemed to have arrived at the time when it should have normally arrived.
