Effect of Material Breach of Section 5 on Compensation Following Termination of Employment. If, at the time of termination of Executive’s employment or any time thereafter, Executive is in material breach of any covenant contained in Section 5 hereof (which breach, if susceptible to cure, continues unremedied 15 days following the delivery of written notice by the Company of such material breach to Executive), except as otherwise required by law, Executive shall not be entitled to any payments (or if payments have commenced, any continued payment) under this Section 4.

  • TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT; EFFECT OF TERMINATION (a) The Term of Employment may be terminated by the Company at any time:

  • OBLIGATIONS SURVIVE TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT Executive agrees that any and all of Executive’s obligations under this Agreement, including but not limited to Exhibits B and C, shall survive the termination of employment and the termination of this Agreement.

  • Benefits Upon Termination of Employment If the Executive is entitled to benefits pursuant to this Section 2, the Company agrees to pay or provide to the Executive as severance payment, the following:
