Effect of Fundamental Change Purchase Notice. (a) If a Holder validly delivers to the Paying Agent a Fundamental Change Purchase Notice (together with all necessary endorsements) with respect to a Note, such Holder may no longer convert such Note unless and until such Holder validly withdraws such Fundamental Change Purchase Notice in accordance with Section 3.03(c) above.
