Effect of Failure to Exercise. Except as provided in Section 2.6, any failure by Ford to exercise either Option, or any exercise for less than all shares purchasable under either Option, in connection with any particular Issuance Event shall not affect Ford's right to exercise the relevant Option in connection with any subsequent Issuance Event.
