Effect of Existing Credit Agreement. This Agreement amends and replaces in its entirety the Existing Credit Agreement, provided that the obligations of the Borrower incurred under the Existing Credit Agreement shall continue under this Agreement and shall not in any circumstance be terminated, extinguished, or discharged hereby but shall hereafter be governed by the terms of this Agreement.
