Effect of Dispute Resolution Procedure. In the event that there shall be an alleged OSEG Event of Default or an alleged City Event of Default, the City or OSEG, as the case may be, shall not be entitled to exercise any remedies contained in this Agreement in the event that such OSEG Event of Default or City Event of Default is the subject matter of a Dispute Resolution Procedure, other than the right to seek interim injunctive relief.
