Effect of Changes to the Privacy Rule. To the extent that any relevant provision of the Privacy Rule is materially amended in a manner that changes the obligations of Business Associates or Covered Entities that are embodied in the terms of this B.A. Agreement, the Parties agree to negotiate in good faith appropriate amendment(s) to this B.A. Agreement to give effect to these revised obligations.
