Effect of Arbitration Award. Any court with jurisdiction may enter judgment upon the arbitrator’s award. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding, except for any appeal right under the FAA and except for Claims involving more than $100,000. For these Claims, any party may appeal the award within 30 days to a three-arbitrator panel appointed pursuant to the Administrator’s rules. That panel will reconsider from the start any aspect of the initial award that any party asserts was incorrectly decided. The decision of the panel shall be by majority vote and will be final and binding, except for any appeal right under the FAA.
