Common use of Effect of Amendments Clause in Contracts

Effect of Amendments. Upon the execution of any amendment of this Indenture or any Indenture Supplement, or any Supplemental indentures under this Article XII, this Indenture and the related Indenture Supplement will be modified in accordance therewith with respect to each Series and Class of Notes affected thereby, or all Notes, as the case may be, and such amendment will form a part of this Indenture and the related Indenture Supplement for all purposes; and every Noteholder of Notes theretofore or thereafter authenticated and delivered hereunder will be bound thereby to the extent provided therein.

Effect of Amendments.
