Effect of Amendment By the execution and delivery of this Amendment, the Borrower and the. Lenders hereby consent and agree that each reference to “hereof”, “hereunder”, “herein” and “hereby” and each other similar reference and each reference to “this Agreement” and each other similar reference contained in the Existing Agreement, any Note or any Security Document shall refer to the Existing Agreement, as amended hereby. By the execution and delivery of this Amendment, the Borrower hereby consents and agrees that the Notes and the Security Documents shall remain in full force and effect notwithstanding the amendments contemplated hereby; provided, however, that any reference in the Notes or the Security Documents to the Sponsor Purchase Agreement shall be deleted.
