Effect of Agreement on Other Employee Benefit Plans of the Corporation. The Optionee hereby acknowledges and agrees that no amount of income received by the Optionee under this Agreement shall be considered compensation for purposes of any pension or retirement plan, insurance plan or any other employee benefit plan of the Corporation or a Subsidiary (notwithstanding the definition of compensation provided in such plans), including but not limited to the Westinghouse Air Brake Company Retirement Plan for Non-Bargaining Employees and the WABCO Savings Plan.
