EFFECT, DURATION and TERMINATION. This MoU will enter into operation on the date of its signing and remain in operation for a period of five years from its entry into operation. In the fifth year, the Participants, based on the review of the implementation of the MoU, will discuss the extension or renewal of the MoU. Within its period of duration, this MoU may be terminated at any time, subject to a six months prior written notification by either Participant informing the other of its intention to terminate it. Either Participant may request in writing a revision, amendment to all or any part of this MoU. Any proposal for amendments to the MoU by either Participant will enter into operation subject to the written agreement of the other. The termination of this MoU will not affect the implementation, validity and duration of specific activities being carried out hereunder prior to the date of termination of this MoU, unless otherwise accepted by both Participants.
EFFECT, DURATION and TERMINATION. 11.1. This MOU comes into effect on the date of the last signature
11.2. It remains into effect until terminated in accordance with par. 11.3.
11.3. This MOU may be terminated by any Participant upon sixty (60) days written notice, or by both Participants at the date and under the conditions they may mutually consent to in writing.
