Common use of Effect and Meaning Clause in Contracts

Subject to Articles 11.2 and 11.3, to the extent that and as long as Party (“FM Affected Party”) is rendered unable by Force Majeure to carry out its obligations under this GSFA such Party shall be released from its obligations, and other Party shall be released from its corresponding obligations.
