  • Contractor Responsibilities A. The Contractor shall comply with the reporting requirements of Agency. All reports shall be in writing and, when applicable, in the format specified by the Agency. All reports shall be supported by the Contractor’s records. B. Contractor shall cooperate with the Agency in establishing rate for reimbursement purposes. C.
