Educational Standards. The following constitutes the agreement between the City and Association with regard to eligibility for tuition reimbursement and educational incentive benefits for Police Unit employees: Except as hereinafter provided, the City shall provide educational incentive pay only to Police Unit employees who have attained degrees from fully accredited institutions of higher education as described below. Similarly, tuition reimbursement will be paid only for coursework from institutions meeting the accreditation standards specified below. Institutions will be acceptable if they have received accreditation from one of the following regional accrediting bodies:
Educational Standards. SCHOOL shall establish the educational goals and objective of each of the Programs in a manner consistent with the standards and requirements set forth by SCHOOL and any applicable Program accreditation bodies. Such goals and objectives shall reflect SCHOOL’s commitment to providing Training to Students enrolled in the Programs.
