Educational Program or Service. In making a recommendation on the education program or service to be provided by the District, the Superintendent and his/her staff shall give consideration to the following factors: 1. The needs of students as developed by historical subject enrollments of students, requirements for graduation, requirements for accreditation, and minimum program requirements in accordance with WAC 180.16.
