EDUCATIONAL PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM. Non-probationary employees with at least one year of service may be eligible to receive financial support toward the attainment of an Associate, Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university. Program criteria and funding are at the discretion of the CITY.
