Educational institution. Educational and eleemosynary institutions governed by boards of trustees or similar governing bodies, state trade schools, state junior colleges, state colleges, or universities under the supervision and control of the State Board of Education, city and county boards of education, district boards of education of independent school districts, Department of Youth Services, the Alabama Institute for Deaf and Blind, the Alabama School of Fine Arts, and the Alabama School of Math and Science.
Educational institution. ’ means all schools at the elementary and secondary levels.
Educational institution refers to a preschool, a public or private elemen- tary or secondary school, an institu- tion of graduate higher education, an institution of undergraduate higher education, an institution of profes- sional education and an institution of vocational education, which operates a program or programs of scholarly re- search.
Educational institution is any school that operates a program of scholarly research. A requester in this fee category must show that the request is authorized by, and is made under the auspices of, an educational institution and that the records are not sought for a commercial use, but rather are sought to further scholarly research. To fallwithin this fee category the request must serve the scholarly research goal of the institution rather than an individual research goal.Example 1. A request from a professor of geology at a university for records relating to soil erosion, written on letterhead of the Department of Geology, would be presumed to be from an educational institution if the request adequately describes how the requested information would further a specific research goal of the educational institution.Example 2. A request from the sameprofessor of geology seeking immigration information from the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in furtherance of a murder mystery he is writing would not be presumed to be an institutional request, regardless of whether it was written on institutional stationery.Example 3. A student who makes a request in furtherance of the completion of a course of instruction would be presumed to be carrying out an individual research goal, rather than a scholarly research goal of the institution, and would not qualify as part of this fee category.Note: These examples are provided for guidance purposes only. Each individual request will be evaluated under the particular facts, circumstances, and information provided by the requester.
Educational institution. If Customer is an educational institution, then Customer agrees not to allow children under age of 13 to use or access any services included with On-premise Software. Customer is solely responsible for compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, including, but not limited to (a) obtaining parental consent concerning collection of children’s information; (b) collecting student information solely for the use and benefit of the school; and (c) providing parents with information about Adobe's collection, use and disclosure practices.

No other embedding rights are implied or permitted.
