Common use of Educational Facilities Clause in Contracts

Educational Facilities. a. The SCHOOL DISTRICT shall provide adequate classroom space to conduct the instruction at its facilities, or other location mutually agreed upon by the COMPTON DISTRICT and the SCHOOL DISTRICT. b. Subject to mutual agreement of the COMPTON DISTRICT and the SCHOOL DISTRICT may use joint facilities for any given term. c. Joint facilities use, as specified by the terms of this AGREEMENT, shall be extended at no charge to either party for activity directly related to the Dual Enrollment partnership.
