Common use of Educational Administrator Clause in Contracts

Educational Administrator. The length of the first appointment of an Educational Administrator shall be one (1) year from the date of appointment. All subsequent appointments, without a break in service, may be made for up to a three (3) year period. The District may make one (1) year appointments where the performance of the educational administrator is such that the District is unwilling to make a three (3) year appointment. In such cases, the District shall provide the educational administrator with the reasons in writing and a remediation plan. The remediation plan shall be a plan developed in consultation with the affected member.
