Editing Restricted. Licensee shall have no rights to edit or make changes or deletions to Licensed Content (other than Licensed Mexican Soccer Games, to which Section 10.3(e) shall apply) except as expressly set forth in this Section 8.8. Licensee may from time to time request by notice to the Televisa Editing and Dubbing Appointee that Licensor make any other edits (other than those set forth in Sections 8.8(b), 8.8(c) and 8.8(d), which shall not require the approval of Licensor), and Licensor may elect to make such requested edits or refuse the request in its sole discretion. The Televisa Editing and Dubbing Appointee shall be Licensee’s primary contact with Licensor for the delivery of any editing request by Licensee, and for Licensor to deliver its decision and, if applicable, the edited Licensed Content to Licensee.
