The Bidder shall, so conduct his cleaning operations, as to prevent any avoidable destruction, scaring or defacing of natural surroundings in the vicinity of work. In respect of ecological balance, the Bidder shall observe the following instructions.
Ecological Balance. 1.1.1.27.1The Station Facility Manager shall maintain ecological balance by preventing deforestation, water pollution and defacing of natural landscape. He shall, so conduct his cleaning operations, as to prevent any avoidable destruction, scarring or defacing of natural surroundings in the vicinity of work. In respect of ecological balance, the Station Facility Manager shall observe the following instructions. Where destruction, scarring, damage or defacing may occur as a result of operations relating to Cleaning activities, the same shall be repaired, replanted or otherwise corrected at Station Facility Manager’s expense. All work areas shall be smoothened and graded in a manner to confirm to natural appearance of the landscape as directed by the Nodal officer. All trees and shrubbery, which are not specifically required to be cleared or removed for cleaning purposes, shall be preserved and shall be protected from any damage that may be caused by Station Facility Manager’s cleaning operations and equipment. The removal of trees or shrubs will be permitted only after prior approval by the Nodal officer. Trees shall not be used for anchorage. The Station Facility Manager shall be responsible for injuries to trees and shrubs caused by his operations. The term “injury” shall include, without limitation, bruising, scarring, tearing and breaking of roots, trunks or branches. All injured trees and shrubs shall be restored as nearly as practicable, without delay, to their original condition at Facility Manager’s expenses. In the conduct of cleaning activities and operation of equipment, the Station Facility Manager shall utilize such practicable methods and devices as are reasonably available to control, prevent and otherwise minimize air/noise pollution. Station Facility Manager shall use Environmental friendly chemical / detergents / reagents. for the purpose of Cleaning & housekeeping to the extent Possible. Station Facility Manager shall submit Material safety data sheets & shall follow the instructions written in material safety data sheets. The handling & Storage of materials shall also be done as per materials safety data sheets.

  • Principal Balance Each Receivable had a remaining Principal Balance as of the Cutoff Date of not less than $500.

  • Increases in Class Principal Balances of the Notes On each Payment Date on or prior to the Termination Date, the Class Principal Balance of each Class of Original Notes will be increased (in each case without regard to any exchanges of Class M Notes for MAC Notes) by the amount of the increase, if any, in the Class Notional Amount of the Corresponding Class of Reference Tranche due to the allocation of Tranche Write-up Amounts to such Class of Reference Tranche on such Payment Date pursuant to Section 3.03(c) above. If on the Maturity Date or any Payment Date a Class of MAC Notes is outstanding, all Tranche Write-up Amounts that are allocable to Class M Notes that were exchanged for such MAC Notes will be allocated to increase the Class Principal Balances or Notional Principal Amounts, as applicable, of such MAC Notes in accordance with the exchange proportions applicable to the related Combination.
