Ecological and Environmental. a) Costs incurred in the Contract Area as a result of legislation for archaeological and geophysical surveys relative to identification and protection of cultural sites or resources. b) Costs incurred in environmental or ecological surveys required by the Contract or regulatory authorities. c) Costs to provide or have available pollution containment and removal equipment. d) Costs of actual control and clean-up of oil spill, and of such further responsibilities resulting therefrom as may be required by applicable laws and regulations.
