Common use of Eastern Time Clause in Contracts

Eastern Time. If the Fund provides materially incorrect share net asset value information, it shall make an adjustment to the number of shares purchased or redeemed for any affected Account to reflect the correct net asset value per share. Any material error in the calculation or reporting of net asset value per share, dividend or capital gains information shall be reported promptly in writing upon discovery to the Company.

If the Fund provides materially incorrect share net asset value information, it which, in accordance with views expressed by the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission regarding appropriate error correction standards, requires adjustment to previously effected transactions, the Fund shall make an adjustment to the number of shares Shares purchased or redeemed for any affected Account to reflect the correct net asset value per sharevalue. Any material error in the calculation or reporting of net asset value per sharevalue, dividend or capital gains information shall be reported promptly in writing by email upon discovery to the Company.
