Eastern Access Surcharge Expiration. (a) Upon the expiration or earlier termination of the term of one or more of the Series EA Tariff Term Sheets, the Series EA Tariff Term Sheet so affected shall be replaced with a revised tariff structure in accordance with the provisions of the Series EA Tariff Term Sheets (the “Eastern Access Revised Tariff Structure”).
