East Side Clause Samples

The "East Side" clause defines a specific geographic area or location referenced within the agreement. In practice, this clause clarifies that any obligations, rights, or activities mentioned in the contract that pertain to the "East Side" are limited to or focused on that designated area. For example, it may specify that certain services, deliveries, or responsibilities are only required within the boundaries of the East Side. This clause ensures clarity by precisely identifying the relevant location, thereby preventing misunderstandings or disputes about the scope of contractual obligations.
