Common use of Easements and Restrictions of Record Clause in Contracts

Easements and Restrictions of Record. 49.1 Tenant accepts the Premises and Industrial Center subject to the easements and covenants or restrictions of record. 49.2 Landlord and Tenant agree to cooperate and use their best efforts to participate in traffic management programs generally applicable to businesses located in the area which includes the Industrial Center and, initially, shall encourage and support van and car pooling by Tenant's employees to the fullest extent permitted by the requirements of Tenant's business. Neither this Paragraph nor any other provision in this Lease, however, is intended to or shall create any rights or benefits in any other person, firm, company, governmental entity or the public.
