EASA Form. 16 plus any amendment to the EASA Supplement, if appropriate, and a copy of the Air Agency Certificate and associated Operations Specifications should be sent to the supervising FSDO at least 90 days prior to the end of the current two-year renewal cycle of the EASA Part-145 approval.
