Earnings from Class B Distribution Account. Subject to the restrictions set forth above, the Master Servicer shall have the authority to instruct the Trustee with respect to the investment of funds on deposit in the Class B Distribution Account. All interest and earnings (net of losses and investment expenses) on funds on deposit in the Class B Distribution Account shall be deemed to be on deposit and available for distribution.
