Common use of Earned Performance Share Units Clause in Contracts

Earned Performance Share Units. (a) If the Employee remains continuously employed (including during the continuance of any leave of absence as approved by the Company or an Affiliate) by the Company or an Affiliate, the number of the Performance Share Units that will be earned pursuant to this Section 3(a) will be determined by reference to the _______________________________ * Unless the context indicates otherwise, terms that are not defined in this Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in the Plan.
