EARLY VERSION Clause Samples
The "EARLY VERSION" clause designates that a product, service, or document is being provided in a preliminary or pre-release form. In practice, this means the recipient is receiving access to a version that may not be fully tested, finalized, or feature-complete, and may be subject to changes before the final release. This clause typically clarifies that the provider is not guaranteeing the stability or completeness of the early version, and may limit liability or support obligations. Its core function is to set expectations and manage risk by informing the recipient of the provisional nature of what is being delivered.
