Early Termination by CSXT Clause Samples

Early Termination by CSXT. Customer may terminate this Contract at any time during the Term by giving Provider written notice of its intention to terminate at least ninety (90) days prior to the date the termination is to be effective, in which case, Customer shall pay Provider for Services that have already been performed, plus an early termination fee. Customer shall have the right to terminate this Contract pursuant to Section 11.1, with or without cause, and regardless of whether Customer has the right to terminate pursuant to any other provision of this Contract. Payment of the early termination fee shall not be required as a condition to termination of the Contract pursuant to any other provision of this Contract.
