Early Completion Bonus. 5.4.1 If Substantial Completion is attained within 470 days after the Date of Commencement, Owner shall pay Design-Builder at the time of Final Payment under Section 7.3 hereof an early completion bonus of $10,000.00 per day, for each day that Substantial Completion occurred in advance of said 470 days. 5.4.2 In all events, payment of said bonus, if applicable, at the time of Final Payment is subject to release of funds by senior lender. If senior lender does not allow release of funds at the time of Final Payment to pay said early completion bonus in full, any unpaid balance shall be converted to an unsecured Promissory Note payable by Owner to Design-Builder, accruing interest at ten percent (10%), as such rate may change from time to time. On each anniversary of the Note, any unpaid accrued interest shall be converted to principal and shall accrue interest as principal thereafter. Owner shall pay said Promissory Note as soon as allowed by senior lender; in any event, the Note, plus accrued interest, shall be paid in full before Owner pays or makes any distributions to or for the benefit of its owners (shareholders, members, partners, etc.). All payments shall be applied first to accrued interest and then to principal.

Early Completion Bonus. With respect to a System, Vendor shall be entitled to an early completion bonus from the Owner in the event that Substantial Completion with respect to such System occurs on or prior to the date that is [*] prior to the Guaranteed Substantial Completion Date for such System. Such early completion bonus shall be equal to [*] (pro-rated on a daily basis for periods of time less than one week) of the total amount of all Purchase Orders relating to such System, based on the number of days that Substantial Completion occurs prior the date that is [*] prior to the Guaranteed Substantial Completion Date for such System.

Early Completion Bonus. Owner shall pay Contractor the Early Completion Bonus for ▇▇▇▇ ▇ for Contractor’s early achievement of Substantial Completion of the Work for ▇▇▇▇ ▇ as compared to the Guaranteed Substantial Completion Date for Unit 6. Contractor shall only be entitled to such Early Completion Bonus if the Work meets the Minimum Performance Guarantees for Unit 6 at the time of Substantial Completion of Unit 6.

Early Completion Bonus. If the first to occur of Provisional Acceptance, Interim Acceptance and Final Acceptance of the Facility occurs prior to the Guaranteed Provisional Acceptance Date (such date, the "Early Completion Bonus Trigger Date"), Owner hereby agrees to pay to Contractor, subject to Section 8.3(b) hereof, an amount equal to fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) per day (the "Early Completion Bonus") for each day by which the first to occur of Provisional Acceptance, Interim Acceptance and Final Acceptance precedes the Early Completion Bonus Trigger Date; provided, however, that the aggregate amount of any Early Completion Bonus hereunder shall in no event exceed three million dollars ($3,000,000). Any Early Completion Bonus due to Contractor hereunder shall be payable to Contractor in accordance with Section 8.3(b) hereof.

Early Completion Bonus. If Substantial Completion is attained within four hundred eighty-five (485) Days after the date of the Notice to Proceed, Owner shall pay Design-Builder at the time of Final Payment under Section 10.3 hereof an early completion bonus (“Early Completion Bonus”) of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) per Day for each Day that Substantial Completion occurred in advance of four hundred eighty-five (485) Days up to a maximum bonus of Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000). Owner shall not be liable for any amount in excess of Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) pursuant to this Section 6.4.4.

Early Completion Bonus. If Substantial Completion is attained before the Scheduled Substantial Completion Date (the “Bonus Date”), Owner shall pay ▇▇▇▇ at the time of Final Payment under Section 7.3 herein an early completion bonus of Dollars ($ _) for each day that Substantial Completion is attained earlier than the Bonus Date. Owner and CMAR agree that the maximum aggregate amount that ▇▇▇▇ shall receive as the early Completion Bonus is Dollars ($ ).

Early Completion Bonus. If Substantial Completion is attained within 485 Days after the date of the Notice to Proceed, Owner shall pay Design-Builder at the time of Final Payment under Section 10.3 hereof an early completion bonus ("Early Completion Bonus") of ** Dollars ($**) per Day for each Day that Substantial Completion occurred in advance of the Scheduled Substantial Completion Date. The Parties agree that no Early Completion Bonus shall be due to Design-Builder for any period during which the Plant is non-operational for more than twenty-four (24) consecutive hours.

Early Completion Bonus. If Substantial Completion is attained within five hundred and twenty-two (522) Days after the date of the Notice to Proceed, Owner shall pay Design-Builder at the time of Final Payment under Section 10.3 hereof an early completion bonus (“Early Completion Bonus”) of Twenty-Eight Thousand Dollars ($28,000) per Day for each Day that Substantial Completion occurred in advance of said five hundred and twenty-two (522) Days. The Early Completion Bonus shall be prorated based upon the average actual per day production of fuel ethanol meeting the standards set forth in Exhibit A produced after Substantial Completion and prior to said five hundred and twenty-two (522) Days in relation to the nameplate capacity of one hundred (100) MGY.
