Common use of Early College Program Clause in Contracts

Early College Program. The Early College Program will serve 11th and 12th grade students. Students participating in the Early College Program are required by Section 1007.273 to enter into a student performance contract, which must be signed by each participating student, the parent or guardian, a representative of the school , and a representative of Indian River State College.
