EAP Activities Sample Clauses

The 'EAP Activities' clause defines the specific actions, programs, or services that are included under an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) within an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the types of support available to employees, such as counseling, mental health resources, or referral services, and may specify eligibility criteria or procedures for accessing these benefits. By clearly delineating what constitutes EAP activities, the clause ensures both parties understand the scope of support provided, thereby preventing misunderstandings and ensuring employees receive appropriate assistance.
