Common use of Each Party Clause in Contracts

Each Party. (a) acknowledges that in agreeing to enter into this agreement and the other Transaction Documents it has not relied on any express or implied statement, representation, warranty, undertaking, collateral contract or other assurance, except those warranties and undertakings set out in this agreement and the other Transaction Documents, made by or on behalf of any other Party before the entering into of this agreement;
