Common use of E-TENDER Document Clause in Contracts

E-TENDER Document. i. Tender shall consist of documents (Part I & Part II). Part I contains technical conditions (all sections and annexures) along with any schedules, addendum or corrigendum etc. issued by Reserve Bank of India for the purpose.
