Common use of E-TENDER Document Clause in Contracts

E-TENDER Document. 2.2.1 TENDER shall consist of documents (Part-I & Part-II). Part I contains technical and commercial eligibility conditions (all sections and annexures) along with any schedules, addendum or corrigendum etc. issued by Reserve Bank of India for the purpose. Part-II contains only financial bid. 2.2.2 Tenderers are advised to study the E-TENDER documents thoroughly. Submission of e-tender shall be deemed to have been done after careful study and examination of the e-tender documents with full understanding of its implications.
