E mployment. LSU does hereby employ EMPLOYEE in the Position for the Term. EMPLOYEE will report directly to the Head Coach of the Team and through the Head Coach to the Athletic Director. E mployment. Tenant agrees that he or she shall remain employed in Pitkin County and occupy the Premises as his or her primary residence, both in accordance with the terms of the APCHA Employee Housing Guidelines (“the "Guidelines") in effect through the duration of this agreement, as a condition of this lease.
