E lectronic Signatures Clause Samples
E lectronic Signatures. Investor may tender to the Company this Agreement by electronic means such as by email or facsimile. If Investor submits this Agreement to the Company electronically, Investor agrees that Investor’s digital signature or other form of electronic acknowledgement, consent or acceptance (as the case may be), constitutes Investor’s signature, acceptance and agreement of the terms of this Agreement and such digital signature, consent or acceptance shall be given the same force and effect as a signature affixed by hand.
E lectronic Signatures. For purposes of this Agreement, the use of facsimile, email or other electronic medium shall have the same force and effect as original signatures.
E lectronic Signatures. The Parties acknowledge and agree that this Annex may be executed by electronic signature, which shall be considered as an original signature for all purposes and shall have the same force and effect as an original signature. An “Electronic Signature” shall include, but is not limited to, faxed versions of an original signature or electronically signed or scanned and transmitted versions (e.g., via PDF) of an original signature.
