Common use of E Indemnification Clause in Contracts

E Indemnification. The Association will indemnify and save the Medical Center 25 harmless against any and all claims, grievances, demands, suits or other forms 26 of liability that may arise out of, or by reason of, action taken or not taken by the 27 Medical Center in connection with this Article.
