Common use of E ENVELOPE Clause in Contracts

E ENVELOPE. Refers to manuals that are applicable to a whole group of Airbus customers for a specific aircraft type/model/series. QUANTITY (Qty) Self-explanatory for physical media. DELIVERY (Deliv) Delivery refers to scheduled delivery dates and is expressed in either the number of corresponding days prior to first Aircraft delivery, or nil (0) referring to the Delivery Date of the corresponding Aircraft. The number of days indicated shall be rounded up to the next regular revision release date. Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined in this Letter Agreement shall have the meanings assigned thereto in the AGTA or in the Purchase Agreement. Both parties agree that this Letter Agreement, upon execution thereof, shall constitute an integral, nonseverable part of said Purchase Agreement and shall be governed by all its provisions, as such provisions have been specifically amended pursuant to this Letter Agreement. If there is any inconsistency between the Purchase Agreement and this Letter Agreement, the latter shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
