E-911 Limitations Sample Clauses
The E-911 Limitations clause defines the restrictions and potential shortcomings of Enhanced 911 (E-911) emergency calling services provided through certain telecommunications systems, such as VoIP. It typically clarifies that E-911 may not function the same as traditional 911 services, especially if the user is not at their registered address or if there are power or internet outages. This clause serves to inform users of the risks and limitations associated with relying on E-911, ensuring they understand that emergency response may be delayed or unavailable in some circumstances, thereby allocating risk and promoting user awareness.

You represent and warrant that you will notify all BDV end-users of the interaction and/or limitations of E- 911 with BDV Service and re-location of Service as set forth above.
