Common use of Duty of the Trustee Clause in Contracts

Duty of the Trustee. Except for actions expressly authorized by the Base Indenture or this Series 2022-4 Supplement, the Trustee shall take no action reasonably likely to impair the security interests created hereunder in any of the Series-Specific 2022-4 Collateral now existing or hereafter created or to impair the value of any of the Series-Specific 2022-4 Collateral now existing or hereafter created.

Except for actions expressly authorized by the Base Indenture or this Series 2022-4 5 Supplement, the Trustee shall take no action reasonably likely to impair the security interests created hereunder in any of the Series-Specific 2022-4 5 Collateral now existing or hereafter created or to impair the value of any of the Series-Specific 2022-4 5 Collateral now existing or hereafter created.
