DUTIES, TAXES AND CHARGES. 8.1 Buyer shall pay any taxes, fees or other charges, imposed by any national, local or airport authority on the delivery, sale, inspection, storage and use of Fuel, except for taxes on Seller’s income and taxes on raw material. To the extent allowed, Seller shall show these taxes, fees and other charges as separate items on the invoice for the account of Buyer.
