Common use of Duties; Reporting Clause in Contracts

Duties; Reporting. The Employee shall report to and be subject to the general direction of ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, CEO (RM), performing such duties and responsibilities consistent with her position as may be assigned to him. The Employee shall perform all duties in accordance with the instructions of the RM or as otherwise may be designated by the RM, and all of the Employer’s policies and codes of conduct, rules and regulations in effect from time to time. The Employer retains full authority to change the Employee’s duties and responsibilities and reporting relationships and to assign new duties and responsibilities provided that such changes do not result in a material diminution of the scope or dignity of the Employee’s overall duties and responsibilities.
