Common use of Duties; Positions Clause in Contracts

Duties; Positions. During the Term, the Executive shall (a) be employed by the Company as its President, (b) serve as the President of Parent, and (c) have and perform all duties and responsibilities that are commensurate with such positions, including those that are assigned to Executive by the Board of Directors of Parent (the “Board”). The Board may appoint the Executive as Chief Executive Officer of the Company and Parent at any time.
